This song is... creepy as is, but the other day, I listened to it while wearing earbuds for the first time and the sound separated in such a bizarre way where the looping part alternated between the ear canals, and it really amplified the otherworldliness of the entire thing. Like I was tense beyond comprehension, even though the whole time I was in the comfort of my room. It also made the whispers that much clearer. I love this song so much.

OMG the nostalgia !!! when growing wings started I had flash backs from back when I was a kid playing the game for the first time and I remembered Inuart crying and saying ''what is a world without Furiae ?! HAHAHAHAHA'' with a mad desperate laugh !! That game literally changed the way I thought about video games, it was and still pure art <3

The best experience of this game was when I was playing it on an emulator when my PS2 was in a repair shop. My notebook struggled to keep the game speed above 85 % whenever there was more than 5 enemy soldiers nearby, making the sound stutter more and be even more chaotic, making me want to get rid of them quicker so it goes back to normal. True Caim experience.

This is probably one of my favourite songs of all time, not only does it come from such a fantastic game but the sound is just so incredibly pleasing to my ears, truly a masterpiece.

Like the composer was trying to recreate Vagrant Story's soundtrack from memory, after listening to it in one sitting while high on mushrooms. Berserk? Fuck that.

The chills this sent down my spine helped me shrug off the record breaking heat during my run. Thanks!

Was a preteen when this came out and now I am 34. I still have fond memories of this terrible but beautiful game.

The soundtrack of my teenage years. Good memories and comfortable times. All those hours of endless murder with a glassy gaze, mind numb, no thought, only murder.

Here I am playing this game for the first time 20 years after release and realizing how far ahead the story and soundtrack were for their time. The soundtrack in particular is one of the most brilliant and impactful orchestra works ever done for a videogame.

When I was playing Drakengard for the first time, I thought my copy of the game was corrupted and the music was getting stuck. I later found out it was the game's ost.

Listened to this song again for the first time in a while. Probably one of the most beautiful songs ever made, from the soundtrack of one of the best games too. I almost cried, this song is really incredible.

I haven’t had a soundtrack that gave me chills so much since the Nier soundtracks. It’s so chaotic and somber. I really do hope this game gets a remastered like Nier did

I really wish I wish I could erase all of my memories of all the Drakengard/Nier games and play them again for the first time. Best story telling and lore I've ever seen in games, and the best soundtrack I've ever heard. Yoko Taro is such a special treasure to this world.
