Remember that bug catcher that you skipped on route 2? This is him now. Feel old yet?

I wish they'd increase the ages of trainers in general because an 10-11 year old going on an adventure that decides the overall fate of humanity probably won't have such a happy ending.

the litten and stoutland episode unironically made me cry. as an 18 year old.

One of my favorite video games ever. Have an attachment to Ultra Moon especially because that was the last game my Grandpa bought me before he died a few years ago

3 days and this game will be 10 years old... time passes to fast! i remember it was my first video game ever, my parents were really strict with games but i managed to convince them to buy it. best day of my life.

I think I can say that Team Skull definitely was one of the best teams. They were believable and just totally disorganized. Guzma never even had a real plan or caused any major harm to Alola. I’m definitely joining Team Skull

It’s really weird to realize that these games came out almost 4 years ago—I remember how hyped and excited I was to go pick up Pokémon Moon, and how I would replay the trailers over and over again around its release. How time flies. 😌

Sun and Moon was exactly how it was supposed to be. The feeling of XY wouldn't fit the environment of Alola and I appreciated that. And the message of family was so good, they gave Ash a second home. Plus, no shame, Sun and Moon was the ONLY series to make me shed tears. Especially the freaking last episode......that plane scene.

Ultra Necrozma is such a strange "difficulty spike" in my experience. When I encountered it for the first time, my team was mid level 50s and every single member of my team got super-effective one shot. After hours of grinding on Poni Canyon Pokemon to get everyone to level 60, next attempt I just one shot no crit it with Decidueye's Z-Move.

Listening takes me back to 2017 where I got Pokemon Moon for Christmas. Brings back so many memories. Also, thanks for adding the Day themes. They're so underated and not in a lot of music mixes.

This dude is the only antagonist who ever threatened physical violence to the PC. I mean sure Ghetsis threatened to freeze you solid in typical, grandiose villain fashion but it felt like a lot sincere when Guzma was like "imma smack you"

Gladion is easily one of the best Pokemon characters ever. He's honestly my favorite rival next to Blue/Gary. He's not a total asshole and he is a good sport when he's beat. There's something that's really badass about him and he's just such a likable character. I hope that he will make small appearances in future games like some other Pokemon characters have.

Every time you showed a clip of your younger self gushing about the games I felt like I was watching Ice King’s video diaries

Silvally in a nutshell. Gladion: Okay Silvally, hold this fire memory. *Silvally is now holding the Fire Memory. Silvally: Now I remember staying stuck inside that burning school building with all the melting children! *Silvally is now the Fire Type!

Iki town’s night theme brought some tears. I’m now experiencing what Sol, Lillie, and Hau did, in some way. I’m setting out to seek my fortune, and to find my own place in the world. At the same time, home calls to me and I miss its comfort. That’s what that song represents to me— the call of home.

Remember, at one point in time, Guzma turned in his application to become a Gym Leader and it was openly rejected multiple times over because Gym Leaders base their entire teams on type synergy and balance. Guzma does not This is why he formed Team Skull. He wanted to prove he was better then any Gym Leader. I do love how he didn't have the qualifications to become a Gym Leader but he ends up getting his own floor in the Battle Tree and he seems quite content with his new place in the world. Gotta start somewhere.

I had forgotten why I loved Alola so much, but now I remember. It's definitely the music and the characters 🎶

as someone who is born in 2010, Pokemon Sun and Moon was MY CHILDHOOD. I could talk for hours about how great it is, I watched it everyday for hours, I loved it so much and I’m so happy it’s getting at least a bit of the recognition it deserves ❤

I didn't get to play Moon until the Summer of 2017, the Summer following its release, while working at a Summer camp. I did it in the time between cleaning the kitchen and food hall, which I spent doing whatever I wanted because I basically lived there every week I worked. It was absolutely magical
